In or Out Movers was founded in 2005 by Terry Miller, a Chandler local who believed moving companies had gotten too big and too impersonal. He started with one truck and a straightforward promise: quote you a fair price, send a dependable crew, and be done before you expected.
More than two decades later, that is still exactly how it works. Terry is not a name on a letterhead. He takes the calls himself, talks through your move personally, and is on-site for jobs when it matters. If something comes up, you are not reaching a call center. You are reaching Terry.
The Phoenix Valley has changed a lot since 2005. The crew has grown. The trucks have gotten newer. But the way In or Out treats people has not changed at all, and that is by design.
Terry gives you a straight hourly rate and an honest estimate of the time your move should take. He walks through what your move involves upfront so you know exactly what to expect. If your move takes longer than estimated, you pay the same rate for those extra hours. Nothing hidden, nothing inflated.
Your belongings get treated like our own. We use quality packing materials and take the time to wrap, protect, and load properly, not just fast. Cutting corners on packing is how things break. We do not cut corners.
We focus exclusively on local moves in the Phoenix Valley. That focus means our crew knows the neighborhoods, knows the buildings, and has seen every situation. We are not stretched thin across long-haul routes.
